Payments are processed securely via Stripe
Payment is required in full prior to delivery of digital outputs
5. Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital products and AI-generated outputs:
All purchases are non-refundable once delivery has commenced
If you experience a technical issue, we will make reasonable efforts to resolve it
6. Delivery
AI tool outputs are typically delivered shortly after submission
Advisory services and briefings are scheduled separately
Delivery times may vary depending on complexity.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, tools, frameworks, and outputs remain the intellectual property of Digaleo.
You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use outputs for your internal purposes.
