Founder Bio
Sol Enenmoh is the founder of Digaleo, an AI and digital transformation advisory focused on helping organisations move from AI curiosity to real operational impact.
With two decades of experience across firms including HSBC, Lloyds, and EY, Sol has led large-scale transformation programmes spanning digital channels, operations, and AI adoption.
More recently, he has specialised in helping executive teams cut through the noise of generative AI—turning emerging technology into practical, day-to-day capability.
His work focuses on three areas:
AI Literacy – helping leadership teams understand what matters (and what doesn’t)
AI Adoption – embedding tools into real workflows, not just pilots
AI Execution – designing and deploying agents and automations that drive measurable efficiency
Sol has operated at both global and regional levels and is part of the Grow London innovation network, giving him direct exposure to emerging AI trends, startups, and enterprise use cases.
Through Digaleo and its AI agent platform Augentico, he works with founders and senior leaders to build practical, commercially grounded AI strategies—designed to improve productivity, reduce cost pressure, and unlock new ways of working.
